AI-powered patient matching

Some documents arrived in the electronic medical record's (EMR) clinical inbox pre-attached to a patient chart. However, the rest had to be matched manually, one at a time, adding to the administrative burden. I designed the matching flow that gave staff an AI-assisted first pass:

• 1 click to populate a new patient chart
• 2 clicks to match a patient to an incoming file
